RETURNS POLICY

ROGUE BEVERAGES Pty Ltd RETURNS POLICY 

This policy applies to customer orders made at shojotonics.com online shop. The policy applies for 14 days after delivery.
In the instance of faulty goods or incorrect deliveries, customers may request a refund or replacement product.  Replacement products will be shipped at our expense.

FAULTY GOODS 
Any goods, which are damaged or defective, delivered after their "use by" or "best before" date, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the customer's order, may be returned to Rogue Beverages within a reasonable time after delivery, at no cost to the customer.
Shojotonics will not accept a returned product where, in its opinion, the product is not faulty or is damaged for reasons not due to our error. 

INCORRECT DELIVERIES

If a delivery is incorrect, within 7 days of the delivery date, Shojotonics must be notified of the error, including delivery of incorrect quantities or incorrect goods. Shojotonics guarantees a minimum of 4 weeks shelf life remaining on all drink products at time of order processing.

CHANGE OF MIND
Goods may be returned to Shojotonics for change of mind and a refund obtained. To eligible, the goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which they were received. It must also be in the original packaging.  You must also provide your order or receipt number.
The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not send the goods back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS 
Once returned goods are received and inspected, Shojotonics will send the customer an email to notify them that the product has been received and whether a refund it is approved or otherwise.
Where refunds are approved, a credit will be applied to the customer’s  credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING
To return goods, customers should mail them to: PO Box 154, Lane Cove, NSW, 1595, Australia.

Customers shipping goods over $75 should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shojotonics does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
